2008 Spring AnXi Tie Guan Yin expected to arrive this week
March and April are all about green teas. After Gu Yu, people's attentions turn to Oolong. Our 2008 Spring AnXi Tie Guan Yin is expected to arrive this week. We will be offering two types of AnXi Tie Guan Yin this year: moderately roasted and heavily roasted. Heavily roasted type is the traditional type. Most seasoned Tie Guan Yin drinkers prefer this type. Moderately roasted type is a new type that bridges lightly roasted and heavily roased Tie Guan Yin. Moderately roasted Tie Guan Yin has the aroma of lightly roasted Tie Guan Yin without compromising the traditional thick, mellow taste.
